Its Monday again and so its time for Meal Planning Monday. Why not join in over at Mrs M’s and share your meals for the week?
Well we are hoping for some better weather this week – the rain has been depressing us all. Doesn’t even need to be warm, but I’d just like a peek at the sun every now and then!
Here is what we will be eating for the week…
Monday – I’m out at slimming class and Pumpkin is at nursery so its a ready meal for hubby and I’ll have cheese on toast for a post weigh in treat when I get home.
Tuesday – I’m looking for some new recipes so am going to try this Slow Cooked Teriyaki Pork. Will serve with rice and pak choi.
Wednesday – Breaded fish for the others, and baked salmon for me. With home made chips and peas/broccoli.
Thursday – Something with pork mince – maybe meatballs or burgers
Friday – Turkey Steaks with cajun seasoning. Either with potato and veg or salad depending on the weather.
Saturday – Home made pizza
Sunday – Out for lunch with friends
